The Guatemala Groundswell (GG) program, supported by a Canadian NGO, encourages Maya youth in rural communities to stay in school. They enhance their learning through innovative technology, and support younger students through Learning Circles. The program has led to significant cultural change, and supported several young women to attend post-secondary.
