Computer equipment isn't enough! To successfully establish Remote Area Computer Hotspot for Education and Learning (RACHEL) in schools, Rotary clubs need to work with teachers (training), parents (explaining), Education Ministry, and municipalities. Our presentation is based on establishing RACHEL systems in 118 schools in Northern Guatemala.
