We are aware that access to reading modifies, strengthens, and enriches the human being as long as it can and has a place to materialize through spaces and places that encourage it, which is why the need to create the rolling library in the province arises. Of Santa Elena, this being a space where there are materials according to the needs of boys and girls, accessible and especially aimed at those who have little contact with books.
