Description
To make available internet media materials (including the full Panama Curriculum) to remote, rural schools with no internet connectivity. Project provides one RACHEL server, laptop computers (10 per school, RACHEL supports up to 50), a UPS, and training for all the teachers at each school so they are aware of how to use this new tool.
