BEL was essential to our project in Pelotas, R.S. Brazil--the APADPEL Down Syndrome Training & Education Center. Carolyn & Peter Johnson joined me twice to visit the project and monitor progress.
The building is almost completed, and the programs are effective and amazing.
I'll be visiting again in mid-August and would be happy to share an update in September if you think it would be appropriate and relevant.
