Dr. Nevine Abdelkhalek is a distinguished leader in education for development, human resources, and sustainable development. Currently serving as the Dean of the School of Continuing Education at Nile University, she holds Charter Manager status with the Chartered Management Institute (UK) and brings over 35 years of professional expertise bridging academia and corporate sectors.
Dr. Abdelkhalek serves on the Board of Directors of both TeaComputers and AfricaConsults. She served on the board of directors of the Egyptian Businessmen Association (EBA)—she currently chairs the Sustainability Committee—She previously spent over a decade as Vice President of ECG Engineering Consultants Group.
A committed pioneer in workforce readiness, she spearheaded the foundation of the Professional Academy for Teachers and launched impactful, sustainable initiatives like "University to Work." Her extensive philanthropic work spans high-level leadership roles in Rotary International, UNICEF collaborations, and serves as the Founding General Secretary of Athar Mustadam NGO, and Treasurer of Hope Village for street children NGO. An international speaker and facilitator, she has chaired numerous global summits on sustainable construction, climate, and vocational training, and currently serves on the Council of Arab Economic Unity's Consultancy Committee for Green Economy.
